Description
The holiest day in Israel is Yom Kippur, or The Day of Atonement. In the Old Testament, it was the day that the High Priest of Israel offered sacrifices to atone for the sins of the entire nation of Israel. Today, while there is no sacrificial system in place, there is a way to receive the atonement we all need to be able to draw near to God.
